We use hot latex rubber, specifically designed for asphalt applications.  The rubber is heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, at which point it has assumed a molten state. Prior to application, we clean all debris from the cracks, so that the rubber can reach all areas without obstruction.  We then apply the molten rubber to the crack, and allow it to seep deep into the surface, reaching the utmost of places, and filling all void space.
